Tidegate’s Squallcallers are naval warriors and mages devoted to Thalyn. They defend the Tidewell and Myrath’s coastal rivers, and they lead Tidegate’s fleets against the Cults and Ravus. As Coralhaven’s protectors, they anchor Tidegate’s naval dominance.

Zariel Stormtusk (half-orc admiral), who wields a coral greataxe channeling Thalyn’s Aether.
Culture
The Squallcallers channel stormy Aether during the Second Astral Moon to navigate the seas. Their ranks include humans, half-orcs, tritons, sea elves, tabaxi and any other species, a diversity they see as their true strength.
Rituals
They are also tempest priests who perform sea shanty rituals at the Maelstrom Spire, and they serve as tempest mages in the Stormborn Armada.
Methods
They defend their coasts with storm magic and a range of weapons. They patrol the seas by ship and aid the Aetherkin, believing the only way to keep their homes safe is to work with their neighbors.
In conflict
They defend the Tidewell against Veyra Skystorm’s raids and counter Ravus blockades, sending ships to Wavecrest and Tideshallow for support.
