Skaldfjord is a land of frozen coastal inlets, carved by Thalyn’s storms and locked in Lyssera’s frost. Its waters are a graveyard of shipwrecks from the Dawnforge War, and within some of that wreckage lie hidden Ebon Scales, drawing the Ouroboros Cult to its shores. Trade with Tidegate fuels the clan’s raids, while the Ravus Empire still hunts the Scales. It is home to one of the Jötnar Clans of Glacithar.
Leadership
Jarl Hrothgar Icevein (human barbarian) is a reckless raider hungry for glory. His aggressive tactics risk alliances with the Order, and they clash with Grand Jarl Thrain’s push for unity in Frostheim.
