The Primal Cults are new sub groups of the Ouroboros Cult, formed circa 6300 when the cult regains strength. They infiltrate the four nations of Roh-ber to weaken unity and distract from Klythar.
The Primal Cults are the Ouroboros Cult's sub-groups in Roh-ber, operating under another name.
From the Roh-ber overview: the Aether of The Twelve flows through sacred fonts, while Primal cults exploit this power to summon chaotic Primals. Roh-ber is a battleground of ideology, with the Triad's alliance clashing with Ravus' imperialism and the Primal cults' apocalyptic ambitions.
Primals
The chaotic beings that the Primal Cults summon by exploiting the Aether of The Twelve. Primals are corrupted, physical manifestations of divine aether that cults summon. The Cults twist the aether of The Twelve's deities to summon forth Primals.
