The Verdant Assembly is the governing body of Sylvaris: grove representatives, shamans, and guild leaders (representing the Verdant Sentinels, Riverwardens, Starlit Guides, and Windweavers). It elects the High Chancellor. The current High Chancellor is Archweaver Elowen Thornsinger (see Verdantspire).
