The fall of Dawn Haven
The Ouroboros Cult is the ancient cult of dragons that interrupted the ritual in Dawn Haven meant to reinforce Klythar's prison. Dawn Haven fell when Klythar broke out of his prison (see The First Shattering).
Where the Order is active
Also called the Order of the Ouroboros (or "the Order").
The Primal Cults are the Ouroboros Cult's sub-groups in Roh-ber.
- Glacithar: Recent Order and Ravus activity suggests Glacithar holds a shard of Klythar’s power. The Ravus Empire is harvesting Aetheric crystals and Scales there, clashing with the Order.
- Sanctara: The Order of the Ouroboros seeks to corrupt the relics with Ebon Scales. The coastal cities’ openness has drawn outsiders, including the Order and Ravus, who sense a Klythar connection in the relics.
- Ezogashima: The Order of the Ouroboros tempts clans with Ebon Scales. In Kiyomura it sends Shadow Ninjas to steal the Scale guarded in the Shrine of the Kami; on Sakurajima, an Ebon Scale lies in a cave, coveted by the Order of the Ouroboros.
