Bernard Callborn is a human fighter and the leader of the Dawnblades, and he wields two black falchions.
Voice of Aurumhold
Bernard is Aurumhold’s primary military representative among the Triad leadership. He attends every meeting on war and other matters in the Sultana’s place. Sultana Lirien is not permitted beyond the palace, both for her safety and out of concern from the people of Aurumhold, because if she were to die there is currently no successor.
Devotion
Bernard isn't just a loyal knight. He is truly devoted to Lirien. He has fallen in love with her, but he knows he can never be with her, because he is a soldier and she is his sultana.
